Spiritual Elders Project: Discovery and
Discussion Series

In a recent query of CWI colleagues, we asked why it could
be an essential idea to the emerging collective wisdom field
that “wisdom and indigenous traditions inform today’s
collective wisdom practices.” In response, one short
and concise answer jumped off the page: “Because they
are practical.”

and practices of a highly regarded and diverse set of “living
spiritual elders”: Clan Mother Audrey Shenandoah, Iroquois

Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, His Holiness the 14th Dalai
