into Your Own: A Retreat For
Women in Transition

“Coming Into Your Own: A Program for Women”
speaks for itself. What does it mean as we intimately discover
more of who we are and what the future calls us into being?
What best enables the cultivating of such awareness? The Ashland
Institute has been working with these questions as they have
researched, continually practiced and given shape to processes
for such insight gained “in circle” -- both intensely
individual and intricately collective.
"Coming
Into Your Own”, a four day retreat, is offered for women
in transition, experiencing mid-career challenges and intent
on recreating a next phase of their lives. It consists of
circle practices of dialogue, journaling, reflection, working
with symbols and archetypes, stories and witnessing and 1:1
coaching and conversation.
