Change : A Co-creative Approach

Attention to emerging phenomena is an essential aspect
of developing our capacities for collective wisdom. Roger
Harrison, Mitch Saunders and Craig Fleck offer a seminar for
practice and hands-on experience in building collective wisdom
in organizational and institutional settings. Their focus
is on working with teams, organizational dynamics and the
ecology of which organizations are a part. Participants will
work together on real issues, applying principles, concepts
and practical tools for discovering what is emerging. This
entails sensing or feeling into the heart and soul of a system
to discover what the system wants and how it is evolving toward
change in natural and organic ways.
