Leadership for Sustainability

This leadership development program for business
and nonprofit leaders has been designed to empower leaders
and their communities to bring into being the vision of a
sustainable world. By redefining leadership and developing
the knowledge and skills to be more effective, this experiential
workshop will help the participant explore the skill set,
mind set, and heart set of the evolutionary leader and the
implications of systems thinking for embodying and enacting
this role.
Meeting the enormous challenges
of the twenty-first century demands a new paradigm of leadership
— one that places a premium on creating human and environmental
well-being. Evolutionary leadership involves new ways of perceiving,
thinking, and acting that are deeply concerned with an integrated
triple bottom line: economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
