Presencing: Collective Leadership
for Profound Innovation and Change
May 14-18, 2007 in Hancock, Massachusetts, USA
Based on the “u-model” featured in the
book Presence: Human Purpose and the Field of the Future,
by Peter Senge, C. Otto Scharmer, Joseph Jaworski, and Betty
Sue Flowers, this experiential workshop for teams and leaders
at all levels introduces individual and collective methodologies
for sensing and facilitating profound change both within organizations
and across societal systems. The workshop is based on findings
from interviews with 150 scientists and social and business
entrepreneurs in the areas of creativity, high performance,
and leadership.
Participants
will learn and apply the seven capacities underlying our ability
as leaders to transcend boundaries and rigid behavior patterns,
realize new possibilities, and work together to enable transformation.
