The Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership:
Summer Program June 24-30, 2007 in Halifax,
Nova Scotia, CANADA The Shambhala Institute is committed to supporting
movements toward more enlightened organizations and societies.
Its programs and gatherings bring together tools and methodologies
for generating collective intelligence and transformative
action with meditation and the arts. Now in its seventh year,
the Shambhala Institute’s Authentic Leadership Summer
Program is rooted in the wisdom and practices of Shambhala
and Buddhism, while also collaborating with pioneers in organizational
learning, World Cafe, Theory U, Art of Hosting, and others
actively engaged with the study and exploration of practices
for collective wisdom. The annual summer program is a convergence
of people, practices, and "case stories" at the
learning edge of the whole systems change initiative.
