How can we be, every moment, part of a collective wisdom that deepens understanding, creates community and enlightens and cleans the collective consciousness?

What is your personal experience of collective wisdom in groups?

Tuning and guiding with just the group energy, passing through the dark of the missed conversations and accumulated negative images into the light of open, resonant and shared communication on all levels. Becoming as one playing within an orchestra.

What is it about the work in this field that excites you and connects you to your own deepest self?

Digging and diving together, deeper and deeper into the depths .

Please provide a brief storyline or snapshot of what brought you to this work.

Being centred in and seeing energy since childhood. Dematieralising in my youth, living with a very small group in the Himalayas, and finding, to my surprise, in my later years that by just being present, rather than a person with a story to tell, I could hold a base hum and safety net for a group. The group can then explore even its worst issues and find their own particular and unique conversations, resonance and harmony, especially in international and differently resonant groups. I seem to have acquired a reputation of working well with difficult teams.

How would you like to be available to others in this field?

Email, working together with groups face to face to face and on line. In particular exploring by any mode, the mechanisms by which this works and by which we can clear and enlighten collective darkness and fear.
