I am an I.T. Specialist, but over the last four years my work has shifted, I am now more a change agent and going through my own journey towards creating work that reflects my core identity. I draw courage along the way from networks of support such as Pioneers of Change. I am an active member of Pioneers of Change. I am working and have been working with dialogue, networking and dialogue games. I am beeing mentored in and practising with dialogue and networkning tools such as Open Space Technology, World Cafe, Circle, Deep Democracy, Socratic Dialogue and Flowgame. Working extensively with different learning methodologies, including collective intelligence and dialogue.

I am becoming an experienced process and learning facilitator, social entrepreneur and sustainability practitioner. Working with communities, the pattern holding my work is that of wanting to support and enabling change agents to bring about inspired and effective change. "How can I develop and bring forth a more integral and integrated approach to change?"
