What is an underlying question that gives form to your work or interest in this field?

How can we get people into a grounded, depsychologized, interconnected way of relating that is holistic and reconnects us with our spiritual holding?

What is your personal experience of collective wisdom in groups?

Since 1994 I have been giving systemic constellation workshops and trainings which evolved from family constellations, to organisational constellations, to inner processes, to trauma constellations, to conceptional constellations and from there in ever further collective, transpersonal realms of interconnectedness and transpersonal intelligence.

What is it about the work in this field that excites you and connects you to your own deepest self?

It is our inner attitude of how to connect to a larger reality in a grounded way. It is the issue how we can become "defacilitators" who get out of the way and stay connected to the sustaining fields around us, offering an awareness that can promote healing, integration and collective connection.

Please provide a brief storyline or snapshot of what brought you to this work.

In a lecture in Munich about 20 years ago Henry Kissinger appealed to all people in the room to bring their wisdom for the resolution of the global problems ahead of us. Besides, I felt that the interactive wisdom of my work as a psychologist should not be confined to the dyadic situation of the therapy room.
