What is the central organizing question that is
the underpinning of your work?
“Why do people hurt one another?”
This question first came to me in my early teens. Ever
since I have been looking for ways to solve this very human (self)-destructive
behaviour. I studied everything I could to deepen individual and collective
awareness and consciousness: healing methods, group processes, history,
philosophy etc. Fortunately in my search I have found inspiration and
more and more like-minded friends and supporters. The Collective Wisdom
Group is one of these.
What is your personal experience of collective
wisdom in groups?
I have had quite a few experiences, in small and large
groups. The work was never easy and took a lot of patience, perseverance
and respect for one another. Quite often when I was beginning to feel
desperate – thinking the group would fail to make a breakthrough
- something miraculous would occur, turning everything upside down and
freeing our spirits for true insight. These moments when we all start
to act and work as ONE are unforgettable tipping points.
What is it about the work in this field that excites
you and connects you to your own deepest self?
Working in the field I feel at home. I am full of inspiration
and have endless power. I look at everything around me with so much
love, so much respect and deep felt understanding. There is no need
to discuss or explain - we just act in a flow-state. Everybody takes
responsibility for their inner calling and what they feel gifted to
do. There is a feeling of moment-by-moment-creation. And the connecting
source is LOVE.
Please provide a brief storyline or snapshot of
what brought you to this work.
Nature has always been my best teacher. I am still in
awe of the beauty inherent in the harmony, resilience and interconnectedness
of the natural world. I would love to work towards a better understanding
of what nature means to us and what we mean to nature – in the
sense of: “Hey! – We are all One. Let’s enjoy this
creation together”. If you are interested I have a personal story
about ‘nature as teacher’ on my website. It is about nettles
and their connection worldwide.
I am deeply grateful to everyone I have met in my life
as I know they have enriched my life tremendously. Some lifted my spirit,
some brought me deeper into the shadows and others challenged my authenticity.
Life always provides me with the best to make me move on and grow further.
How would you like to be available to others in
this field?
I would love to experiment with others and exchange what
we feel and experience when connected with the field. I can contribute
some teaching methods that bring us closer to ONE BIG HUMAN FAMILY.
And I would be grateful to learn more from others.
